After a soft renovation, this iconic restaurant reopened their doors last September. I already know that restaurant since many many years. It's famous for their teppanyaki kitchen, which is actually a chef which is cooking infront of the people, more or less to explain.
Fujiya of Japan, which is located in the Hotel Ascot has alot to offer. You can either build up your menu by yourself or you choose one of their fixed menus, which you can still change as you'd like to have it at the end.
Their concept remains the same, also the look didn't changed alot. But I really enjoyed the interior, as it looks cleaner and fresher as previously.
We've choosen the Surf & Turf Menu and we're really pleased about each dish.
The food was outstanding and the chef really interacted on a charming way without interroupting any conversations. The presentation was on point and the taste of each dish was really good. They use different flavours in order to have each dish individually.
It was for sure not my last dinner at this place, and I'll be back soon!
