Honey Mustard Chicken
This gorgeous honey mustard chicken recipe can be made in under 20 minutes and uses ingredients that you probably already have laying around in your kitchen - nothing easier than that, right?
The ingredients you need:
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 chicken breasts
4 slices of thinly sliced bacon
3 garlic cloves
60ml of white wine
2 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of honey mustard
1 tsp of honey
3 dashes of hot sauce
handful of chopped parsley
salt & pepper

This recipe is quiet easy due to the fact, that you can prepare everything within a mis-en-place before you start cooking.

Let's get started! Heat the oil in a sauté pan and season the chicken with salt and pepper. Fry the chicken with the bacon over a medium–high heat for 3–4 minutes on each side until just cooked through.

Add the butter and garlic directly to the pan and cook for an additional minute. Once melted, add the wine, mustard & honey.

Now it's the time for the hot sauce. In my case I've used the one I've got from Maison Manesse which suits perfectly with it's smoking flavour.

Stir and let it reduce to a thickened sauce for about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. As last step you'll add the freshly chopped parsley all over. Give it a moment to combine with it all.
